Equipment Rental

London Heritage Farm maintains an inventory of equipments that are commonly used in the setting for outside or inside events. 

Equipments including chairs, banquet tables, card tables, canopy tents and hanging basket stakes are available for rental subject to the following rates and setup and take down charges.  

For full information and rates, please phone/fax (604) 271-5220 Wednesday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, or email londonhf@telus.net.  For booking, please complete the Booking Enquiry Form in our Rentals page and click "Submit".

Equipments must be returned clean and tidy or a cleaning fee of $15.00/hour will be billed.

Equipments must be returned in original condition.

You are responsible for any damage or liability that applies.

Previous day setup may be available for an extra $75.00 when there is no conflict booking.  However, you will be responsible for any missing equipment and/or any alteration to setup or equipment caused by weather.

London Heritage Farm Society reserves the right to terminate or refuse any rental.

Hours of Operation

Entrance to the farmhouse is by donation.  The farmhouse, Tea Room and Gift Shop are open to the public at the following hours:

January:
Closed
February to June:
Open Saturday and Sunday,
12 noon to 5pm
July to August:
Open Wednesday through Sunday,
12 noon to 5pm
September to mid-November:
Open Saturday and Sunday,
12 noon to 5pm
Mid-November and December:
Open Fridays,
12 noon to 4pm;  and
Saturday and Sunday,
12 noon to 5pm

Accessibility

The garden paths and ground floor of the farmhouse are wheelchair and walker accessible.
