The Grounds Rental

The Grounds including  south lawn and gazebo, or in addition, the west lawn, outside the London Heritage Farm house are popular venues for weddings, picnics, company events and group functions.  By booking, the Grounds are opened until 10:00 pm and donation is suggested if it is required to open after hours.

Many weddings,  picnics and company events are held in the summer time with the beautiful gardens at the backdrop.   The gardens and gazebo are also popular scene for family or group photos.

Grounds must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00 pm.

Clients are responsible for bringing own tables, chairs, extension cords and etc.  Electrical sockets and water taps available.

Washrooms are located at rear of caretaker's cottage. You may be required to supply portable washroom facilities for large events.

Previous day setup may be available for an extra $125.00 when there is no conflict booking.  However, you will be responsible for any missing equipment and/or any alteration to setup or equipment caused by weather.

Grounds must be cleaned and vacated by 10:00 pm.  Grounds must be left clean and tidy or a cleaning fee of $15.00/hour will be billed.  Absolutely no confetti.

You are responsible for any damage or liability that applies. London Heritage Farm Society does not provide insurance for your event.

No open flames in or near the house, including candles, sparklers or other incendiary material.

London Heritage Farm Society reserves the right to terminate or refuse any booking.

Accessibility

The garden paths and ground floor of the farmhouse are wheelchair and walker accessible.
